Baconators

Thanks to my friend Josh (who is strangely without a social media footprint) for joining me in digging on the swine.

We arrived early for our reservation at Restaurant 3 in Clarendon so were able to indulge in half-price happy hour bacon cocktails and a serving of Bacon Explosion.

We each selected different items from the three-course tasting menu so were able to taste all five offerings (dessert was only one choice: bacon waffles with maple-bacon ice cream).
